Have you ever had a moment in your life when you wondered what are you doing? You get up in the morning, drive to work, go into your office, answer email and attend meetings then go back to your car and start to drive home and wonder what you did all day. You’re tired from fighting fires, cleaning up messes and trying to get things done but at the end of the day you wonder what you actually got done. What was the accomplishment?

What is most important to you? Is it your job, your health, your family, your… We often get hung up on the day to day or slip into autopilot mode. When you look at things from only this perspective you miss out and sacrifice on other areas of your life and most of us don’t realize it until it’s too late.

When you step back, reflect and look at your life from this perspective, shift happens. When you can consciously set your priorities for your life, you do things with a sense of purpose. You make better choices and decisions. You gain clarity to what is most important to you and start to make changes.
