New Tides Coaching was founded on the belief that women lead extraordinary lives and are great contributors to the world. Women are the caregivers, nurturers, supporters, teachers, and cheerleaders for our youth, family, peers and society. Women are leaders.
Often the demands of our family, work, and society are consuming. Our lives are so busy that we often put others needs and wants before our own. Have you ever found yourself thinking is this all there is, and not been satisfied with that thought?
You have a choice. You can do nothing or you can choose to take action and decide what’s next. In doing so, you engage the leader in you.
Leadership is knowing and being in integrity with who you are, what you stand for and growing as a person. Being a leader means to execute and deliver on a vision. What is your vision for your life?
Who do you want to become?
The core of leadership is the core of you. When you are standing in the position of being a leader, you are bringing forth you. You bring your strengths, skills, your values and beliefs.
As a leader, you need to engage, motivate and inspire. It’s working with and thru others to get things done.Being a leader isn’t always easy or popular.
Knowing who you are and who you want to become is powerful.
Together, we will explore what is most important to you.
We start with where you are today. Through a process, we will formulate and design your road map, a practical plan of action to build and strengthen your foundation for your vision to come alive.
