Thanksgiving Time

It’s the week of Thanksgiving.

An annual time of giving thanks & celebrating what we’re grateful for by spending time with family and friends.

Take your gratitude practice from an annual event to a daily one.

Practice of Gratitude

Make it simple:

  • Have a dinner conversation where you share what your most grateful for
  • Write down 1-3 things you’re grateful for on a sticky note or journal
    • Post sticky notes of gratitude in your home as a reminder
  • Taking a picture of something that brought you joy in the day
