Women are feeling stuck and disheartened.
Most women know that they can’t keep doing what they are doing and that ‘something’ needs to change. They are finding that what worked before for them isn’t working anymore. They know that if they don’t do ‘something’ soon, they will eventually burnout or may find themselves facing a crisis of some sort.

Life doesn’t have to feel this way.
You can turn things around. You may not know specifically what needs to change or how to go about it. That’s okay. Stop spinning your wheels.
I am here to tell you that I’ve been there. I’ve been a working mom, leading global teams in corporate working at all hours, managing a home, childcare and the rest of the invisible workload. It’s not easy. Running on autopilot may feel easier but sacrificing yourself is no way to live. It’s not the way to be a role model especially if you manage others or have kids.
Having clarity, seeing what you’re doing and what you’re dealing with is hard when you feel you’re trying to survive. When you’re drowning at work, it feels impossible to see how you can do things differently. It’s hard to get out of your own way when you feel like you have no time. Yet, It’s possible.

Many women are living for others. Women have been conditioned to be selfless and put others before themselves. We’ve been told to make ourselves useful. Often, we are afraid to say no for fear of conflict, of safety or consequence. As a result. women are putting themselves last or putting themselves off to ‘someday’. Someday, I’ll get to do or go “fill in blank” for me. Yet, ‘someday’ rarely comes and it is not a day of the week.
Stop neglecting yourself.
Sacrificing your needs, your health, and your dreams comes at a cost and causes you to lose your equilibrium. So, stop lying to yourself and making excuses for doing so. This is your wake up call.
It’s possible.
It’s possible for you to get unstuck and take your life back.
It’s all about taking focused baby steps of action to make forward progress. Use your superpowers for you. I know you have them.
The time is now.
